As we pursue Him, we can trust that He is faithful to fulfill His promises. In John 15:12-13 the Word of God says; "My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends." What an incredible reminder that God's love is so much greater than anything we could ever imagine.  Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Dear Partners,
I hope this newsletter finds you doing well this Holiday Season. I’ve been thinking about the holidays and how we gather with family and friends to celebrate the message of hope and the birth of Christ. In the world right now, we may feel like we are constantly surrounded by hopelessness, but we have the power to change that, by showing kindness, love, and hope to others, we can be God's extended hand and make a difference. The sacrificial birth of Jesus sends a message of hope that can change people's lives. We must never lose sight of that hope, or let it fade in our lives or those around us. This Christmas season, may you experience the joy and hope of giving to others. May we all be touched by the light of Christ’s love and be inspired by his message of hope. I am reminded of one Christmas story with my parents. My father was serving as a pastor in a small church in WY. That Christmas we weren't able to travel back home to OK for the holidays. My family was very homesick. On Christmas morning there was a knock at the door while our mother was preparing breakfast. As my father opened the door, he found an elderly gentleman standing there in the snow. The man wanted to wish our family a Merry Christmas. My kind father invited him in to share breakfast with us. The gentlemen spent all day with our family enjoying the Christmas festivities. At the end of the day, he thanked us for our hospitality and left. My father saw he had forgotten something behind and went after him. When daddy opened the door there was no one outside. There were no footprints in the knee-deep snow. It was as if the man had never been there. We knew a Christmas angel had visited us that day. This experience gave my parents great comfort and hope. This holiday season you may be dealing with hopelessness yourself. The Bible says in Romans 15:13 TPT “Now may God, the inspiration and fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him. And may the power of the Holy Spirit continually surround your life with his super-abundance until you radiate with hope!” I pray this Christmas that God’s hope, love, and joy will flow abundantly through you this holiday season to shine God’s light on others. Did you know that gratitude is the key that opens up the door to a life of abundance? When you are grateful, you see and receive what God has given you. You are not focused on what is lacking or how much more you want. Gratitude gives thanks for all things. In Psalms 100: 4 it says; “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name.” Each day remind yourself of God’s faithfulness and trust that He is working in your life, moving you forward and working all things for your good. Start each day thanking Him for what He’s done, and even for what He’s about to do in your life. Take comfort in knowing that God is on your side. He has already won the victory over every challenge, and will give you strength to overcome anything standing in your way. God’s Word is alive and powerful. God is a God of Faith. He believes in the power of His words. If we are created in His image our words are also very powerful and are words of life or death. When you speak positive things into your life, it creates positive results. Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow. I hope you’ve had a great summer. School has begun and fall is in the air. I’m so excited to share a “special word” from God just for you. As I was praying for you today I began to remember the importance of feeling fulfilled in life. It’s easy to feel like we are stumbling through life with no purpose, but I have good news for you. The word of God says in Ephesians 1:11-12 (The Message) “It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone.” Maybe you are feeling unsure concerning your destiny and purpose. However, no matter what your situation is, there are things you can do to live in a more purposeful way. You can start by reflecting on things you feel strongly about. Things that make you feel happy and what you would want to change in the world. Once you identify that, take small steps each day to be the person you want to be. Then God’s purpose will begin to come alive in you. In my most recent online conference with the woman of Uganda I was able to talk with over 1800 women about their purpose and destiny. In their world they have little to no hope. They have no clean drinking water, little to no food, only the clothes on their back and the most valuable gifts they can receive are personal hygiene products and food. In the midst of poverty and despair, your generous gifts as well as the gifts of others, helped to bring the women a hot meal and the opportunity to receive Jesus as their personal savior. Over 400 souls were saved! To God be the Glory. Today as I pray for you, I’m believing God for you to find your purpose as His will comes alive in you! Dear Precious Partners, July is here and the first part of 2022 has come and gone. Are you satisfied with it so far? If not, don’t let it upset you. In John 14:1 it says; “Let not your heart be troubled, believe in God believe in me.” God is saying don’t let your heart be troubled. There are so many things to be concerned about today but we have an Almighty God as our Father and His son Jesus as our Lord and Savior that we can trust. The bible says in Proverbs 3:5-6; “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.” I woke up this morning hearing the word “Awaken” realizing we are in the season of the Great Awakening. I looked up the definition and it says; Awakening is an act or moment of becoming suddenly aware of something. Has it happened to you? Have you suddenly become aware of something different or are you longing for a change in your life? God is wanting us to become more sensitive to our environment and our family around us. As we are developing in every area of our lives socially, emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually He is wanting us to allow Him to remove things in our lives that have been holding us back and keeping us from fulfilling the destiny God has called us to. What is your destiny that God is calling you to? Do you know what it is? We can find out what that is in Matthew 6:33; “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Today as I pray for you I break the power of all hindrances of unbelief and religious spirits that would hold you back from being Awakened to the God given destiny you are called to. I pray that everything in you would come alive to the purpose God has for your life and you would begin to move forward by faith to possess all God has promised you! The month of May has been such an exciting month for my family, full of family events from weddings, graduations and Mother’s Day. Every event went extremely well and it was such a blessing to be with my family in these times of celebration. I hope you’ve been able to spend some time with your family this past month as well. In the midst of all these celebrations I wanted to take time out to share with you what God has laid on my heart for you. I can remember as a little girl every time I would get injured I would run to mom’s medicine cabinet and get this bright orange medicine that would fix everything. I could remember my wound would hurt until I got the mecuricome and put the Band-Aid on to cover it up. Then as soon as I applied it I would have instant relief and no more tears. Everything was better. If we reflect on the painful things we have gone through in life we may try and use a big Band-Aid to hide it. Maybe my Band-Aid is a big smile, a big accomplishment but in reality we are bleeding behind closed doors. We can be assured that Jesus is truly present to heal our pain, disappointments, worries, fears and wounds. Many times we don’t want to deal with or talk about our deepest hurts. We want to cover it up and pretend it didn’t happen but deep inside it is stopping us from moving forward into the plans God has for our lives. If we never deal with that shame, hurt or disappointment it can stifle our growth in God. God is asking us to take all of our brokenness, pain, hurt and deep wounds of the past and lay them at the feet of Jesus. His blood will cover it all and in it’s place he will give us joy, peace, and love. He will affirm to us how valuable we are and how much he wants and needs us. God says in Jeremiah 30:17; “For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds.” He also says in Isaiah 61:1 “ He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted….to proclaim the favorable year of the Lord… to comfort all who mourn.” I am praying for you. Remember this, God wants us healed from the inside out. He doesn’t want us walking in pain, shame or brokenness. God wants us well so we can transfer that healing to others. God never stops surprising me concerning His unlimited power and provision that He has for each one of us everyday. At our most recent March 2022 Women’s Conference, “Vessels of Honor” we were astounded at the power and provision of God. It was our goal that God be glorified in every heart of those that attended the conference and the families that were changed for eternity. Women came and received healing in their body, soul, and spirit, prophetic words came forth, specific callings and divine direction flowed concerning them and their families. This month we remember what the death and resurrection of Christ has done for us. It is important for us to learn to live on the resurrection side of the cross. Jesus was crucified and raised from the dead so that we might no longer be lost in sin. When we receive Jesus as our personal Savior and Lord as found in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” then we can learn to live on the resurrection side of the cross where the empowerment from Jesus enables us to live a raised up life. His death provided healing for our bodies, families restored, financial provision being seen, and the favor of God (unfair advantages) with God and man. We can now live our best life ever!
